Toastmasters has many benefits. Why may a member not renew? In the same way that beauty is subjective, membership value is established solely by the members.

Global Community:

Members enjoy and receive the benefits of being a part of Toastmasters' global community. There is a sense of belonging that offers collaboration, support, and shared ideals, and members feel a close connection not only to other club members, but also to members around the world.

Credibility and Affiliation:

Members view Toastmasters as their sphere of influence and believe that their affiliation with the organization provides them with a strategic advantage. Power to influence:

Every year at the Toastmasters International Annual Convention, each club casts two votes to decide critical issues and elect board members, so significantly influencing the organization's future direction. Toastmasters International Board of Directors has the contacts, talents, and influence to represent members' issues, allowing them to concentrate on their strengths and achieve their goals. TI Headquarters provides support so that our members need not be concerned.

Toastmasters is the "LinkedIn" of the area, both online and physically, and helps members develop their "social capital"
