The club member is at the heart of Toastmasters International. All leadership is to serve the member.

Club officers help members reach their goals through Toastmasters' educational program. 

The success of a district, its clubs and its members depends on how well a district leader executes the responsibilities of the office.

The region leadership help in assisting the district leaders in achieving their goals.

The international leadership which include the board members plan and execute the future of Toastmasters Internation, while keeping the members' interests at the core of decision making.

We follow servant leadership. All leaders in all levels of Toastmasters are volunteers who are there to serve the members who hold them accountable.
