Meeting Minutes

Good Day Everyone,

Have you made any plans for the holiday? What are your favorite activities? Today, we heard a lot of fun and inspiring stories on holidays.

The meeting was led by our President and Toastmasters of the Day, Azizah British. Before we started the main session, we received a short educational speech about "Reviving a Club" by Amran Bin Aliamat. He shared how important teamwork and collaboration are at Toastmasters Club because no club can stand alone with one person.

The first session was led by Table Topic Master (TTM), Azizah British. She had prepared many interesting questions that attracted many people to join the sessions. We have 8 participants. They are Arvin Vlogs, Eleos Theofilus, Yusuf Chandra DTM, Jane Ryo, Mateus Arsent Theono, Chandra, Bhavneet, and Deanne. This session was evaluated by the Table Topic Evaluator (TTE), Dian.
 
In the prepared speech session, we have two speakers. The first speaker, Chandra, told his story of mentoring by using ABCs. He shared his story with his mentor and the reason why he stayed at Toastmasters. He was evaluated by Bhavneet.  

The second speaker Sue shared the story of the old version and the new version of herself. When it comes to networking and making friends, a simple act like a smile can be powerful. She was evaluated by Eliza Yuliana, DTM.

In the last session, we received an insightful report from the general evaluator, Herman Hadi Lukito, and his team. The GE teams today are Muhammad Agung Riyaldi as a grammarian, Amran Bin Alimamat as ah-counter, Boram Kang as a timer and the ballot counter.

While waiting for the Hall of Fame, we enjoyed DTM Noor BTC's (behind the culture) speech about "Kuwait," which started with country facts, traditional dress, monuments, and foods. We learned some aspects of Kuwait in the past and modern eras. It was an informative and joyful session that sparked the curiosity of our guests and members.

Unfortunately, all the evaluators were overtime when giving the speech evaluations. So we had no voting for the best evaluator.
