Meeting Minutes

Happy New Year Everyone!!

Today is our first meeting of 2023. Since some of our members were still on holiday and busy with other events, we decided to hold only a one-hour meeting.

We have a special moment when we had TM Donna as our impromptu speaker and delivered her speech before the Meeting started as she had to leave the Meeting at 10 AM (UTC+9).

The meeting began at 10 am (UTC+9) and continued with JJ, DTM as the second speaker. He gave his speech while on his way to a family event. After his speech, JJ, DTM leaves the Meeting for his family gathering

The meeting continues with table topic sessions. There were 6 Table Topics Speakers. The list of participants are Suharjo Setio, DTM, Lim Ah Ne, Ririn, Adarsh, Awiny, and Bee Chu, DTM.

We had our first visitor and newcomer. She was Ririn from Makassar, Indonesia. She was very curious about Toastmasters. After the meeting, we had a Q&A session with Ririn and the guest.

It was nice to see that Yanfeng, our former member, showed up in our room and said that he will attend our next meeting. Today we finished our meeting in an hour and had a great time together.
