Meeting Minutes

Hello Everyone,

This Saturday we had a special club meeting. Some of our EXCO club members had another event this week. And others had training from their office. So, after discussing with the whole team, we decided to have a one-hour club meeting. It was shorter than a normal meeting, but we had a wonderful meeting. And had so much fun. We enjoyed our quality time together.

Here are several highlights of our meeting: 

As usual, we spent time engaging with our guests and members before the club meeting begins at 10 AM KST. The club president TM Azizah, opened the meeting and gave some insight into our theme. And she talked about how important it is to keep upgrading ourselves, especially in this new age. The club secretary, TM Dian H. Sair recited the club’s mission.

Speakers, Evaluator & TTM & A First Timers Guest 

We had 2 speakers, TM Dian & TM Adarsh. Both speakers gave us a glimpse into their world through their speeches. TM Dian told a story about the positives and negatives aspect of her primary communication style. TM Adarsh shared the unique story of his exercise experience "Too much of something is good for nothing".

Our table topic session was led by a cheerful and energetic lady, TM Shwe Sin. She led the session smoothly, with 4 participants. All table topic speakers were enthusiastic to join. They shared personal aspects and inspiring stories during their speech.

In our last session, we had two evaluators, DTM Yusuf Chandra and TM Fridolin. Both evaluators provided valuable feedback and insights for our speakers and the speech projects. We are happy to have some guests and members from different countries visiting us. We also had a new guest who was visiting our club for the first time and had the courage to give his first table topic speech, Bravo Rony.

We learnt a lot from each other's stories and enjoyed the meeting today. It doesn't matter how many times we hold the meeting, there's always something new to learn and improve. Hope to see everyone again at the next meeting.
