Meeting Minutes

Hello Leaders,

Here are several highlights of our meeting:

Open with brief about what is Toastmasters using TSL Website,

The Zoom room opened 30 minutes prior to the meeting start time and it started on time at 10 AM KST Sharp,

The Club President opened the meeting and shared information about what is a Toastmasters by using TSL website and it was pretty simple and the interface of the website made it easy to use.

A Visit from Alann Mann,

We had Alan Mann who visited us from Venty County, and it was late evening on Friday at his time zone. Alan and Linda are such an amazing fellow Toastmasters that always inspire us with their energy and spirit. It was such a great moment to see Alan again. Thank you, Alan, for stopping by and gracing us with your presence.

Impromptu role For Grammarian, Timer & Table Topic Masters,

After the Club President asked one of the members to recite the club mission, we noticed that several role players didn’t make it to the meeting on time and several were unable to make it as they had to attend to unexpected events. Therefore, we managed to survive and continued the meeting as we asked volunteers to fill the vacant roles, such as the Grammarian, Timer and myself backing up for the Table Topics Master. As we are Toastmasters, we were ready when we are called to take upon such impromptu roles. And as the President of this club, I am blessed with all amazing members and visiting Toastmasters from all around this Galaxy who were willing to help. We had TM Awiny from Jakarta Mandarin Toastmasters Club in District 87 who would take up the role of the Impromptu Timer. We had TM Arnie as our Grammarian.

Guest Comments,

We had an amazing club meeting, learnt from each other, and took feedback from the guests. And we decided to record the guest comments that would inspire us to keep moving forward and always try to be a better people in the future.

Hope everyone enjoyed the meeting and could take the messages and inspire others.
