Hello Everyone,
We have a special meeting and workshop this Saturday evening. It was wonderful and lively. The meeting was fun, exciting, and interactive. The theme of the meeting was “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Me” with the word of the day “Flair”.
The room opened at 8:30 PM KST by Sergeant at Arm (SAA) Boram Kang. We were honored to have the District 93 Club Grow Director (CGD) and two past TSL presidents, Taeryeon Jung, DTM, and Jihee Shin, attend today's meeting.
The meeting was opened by the club president and toastmaster of the day, Azizah British. The general evaluator team is led by general evaluator (GE) Risdiana. Both of them led their sessions smoothly and kept the high energy of the meeting.
The first sessions were led by Table Topic Master (TTM), Mabel. Her role today is part of her pathway project, active listening. She led the meeting with enthusiasm and presented interesting questions on artificial intelligence. For this project, She was evaluated by Leony.
There were 6 participants: Taeryeon Jung, DTM, Eleos Theofilus, Yana Yitika, Nina Arifah, Bhavneet, and Tasya. All table topic speakers were evaluated by table topic evaluator (TTE) Alfin, who provided constructive feedback to all speakers.
In the second session, we have two speakers. The first speaker, Boram shared her experience as a leader and leadership style when she worked with a team. it's important to understand the circumstances of others and try to put ourselves in their shoes. We can use AI as a tool, but not as a role model. AI doesn`t have human emotions and wisdom.
The second speaker, Dian, shared her personal story about identity. It is important to recognize our strengths and all the experiences we’ve overcome and to see our identity as a whole. When we lose a piece of our identity, such as a job, relationship breakup, etc. Those events don’t define us. Boram was evaluated by Noor Mohammad DTM, and Dian was evaluated by Tasya Galuh Hapsari.
In the last session, we received an insightful report from the general evaluator, Risdiana, and her team. The GE teams today are Bhavneet as a grammarian, Masyi as ah-counter, Arnie as a timer, and Boram as a ballot counter.
After finishing the regular meeting we continued with an AI educational workshop. This session was led by Noor Mohammad, DTM. It was an informative and interactive session that aroused the curiosity of all guests and members tonight. We learn how it works and how we can use it to improve our lives.
